At check-in time, it was found, all rooms are booked out. They had upgraded us to their another 4 star group hotel, without any extra cost.

The breakfast was awesome, especially the eggs made to order. Location was spot on, just a short walk to shops and cafes. The room was clean and modern, super comfy too 😊

Location, cost and is good if you need a tripple room.

Watch the cost of the laundry/dry cleaning, it can be very expensive.

We could check in all night which was perfect for us since we were doing the Benelux skydiving record in Moorsele during the day. Staff was friendly room was good.

Hahahaha, the glass door in the bathroom. I was sharing the room with two male friends. We all showered in the dark ; )

Only a glass door separates the room from the bathroom, compromising privacy during vulnerable moments. The lack of a small fridge or coffee-making facilities in the room leaves a bit to be desired. With limited hotel parking, prepare to walk a few minutes to the nearest public parking garage.

During our stay, we enjoyed the well-organized breakfast, especially the made-to-order eggs, which were a highlight for us. The hotel's location is quite central, making it easy for us to explore nearby attractions like Kortrijk City Hall and the Broeltowers, which were just a short walk away. We appreciated the modern bathrooms in our Twin Room, and the atmosphere was very conducive to a relaxing getaway.

Had a cozy room but the view was ruined by the a/c system.

I was in Kortrijk ahead of the Ronde Van Vlaanderen. I had a bike with me and the staff were very accommodating, allowing me to store it in my room, etc. I had to check-out early on Saturday morning and they even started breakfast ahead of the scheduled time so I could eat. Very freindly and helpful, plus the hotel is in a decent location. There is no car park but there is street parking a local car parks nearby.

Beautiful location, but it's tragic how I was given a cramped room on the first floor instead of the top. And to make it worse, the clueless receptionist couldn't even show me anything on a map! To top it all, where's my complimentary gesture for enduring this chaos? I almost considered a good review, but just couldn't.

The breakfast is free and great with cheese and scrambled eggs, as example, has everything you need. Good service, they provide a public parking and free Wi-Fi. Accommodating people are working.
